WHAT WE ASK:

• Proven experience as a participant or team leader in trail running races; for the 61K race groups, we also require experience on alpine terrain.
• Enthusiasm and desire to get involved, providing assistance when requested
• Removal of traffic signs (posts, tape, signs, etc.). Electrician's scissors will be provided for removing the cable ties securing the signs, as well as a large backpack for the material. 
• Equipment and material required as for the participants in the competition for which you are providing service, see regulation
• Second jacket and extra solid/liquid food in case of assistance to an athlete in difficulty
• Personal insurance required for all participants, see regulation
