Become a Volunteer! Volunteers are a fundamental component of major sporting events and the Monterosa Est Himalayan Trail also needs organizational support in the various sectors of the event. We need people who can help us make the MEHT a real celebration, not only for those who run, but also for those who participate in its realization.
