MEHT Village

The centre of Monterosa Est Himalayan Trail will be MEHT Village, an operative area with all race services and “Start and Finish” line.
It is the key zone for the whole event where all participants collect BIB and Race Pack and find  the chance to exchange opinions with other runners and staff members. It is also an exhibitor area dedicated to partners.

WHERE
MEHT Village is at Sport Centre – Pecetto into Macugnaga. Macugnaga is a small town at 1300 meters of altitude where about 600 people live.
This is a very particular town with an unique mixture of culture, history and landscape; the Old Church, the cemetery of the Alpinists, the Dorf, the “Old Tiglio” (a millenary tree). Everything has as a surprising and fascinating background: the 2500 meters of legendary Monte Rosa east face watches over the walser town.
